It’s pretty ridiculous actually, I mean what’s so dangerous about snowboarding in a public park? If anything he was definitely helping kids out and keeping them out of harm’s way. Those park rangers pulled a serious power trip on them, and someone needs to straight up tell that lady park ranger where to stick it. Ugh okay rant done…

The boys had an editting date this weekend and they managed to pull together enough footage to put together this little clip of Matt. I think they’re planning on adding parts for all of our roommates, including a bail reel for Scaff…stay tuned! For now though here’s Matt Bergen’s part, it was edited by Jeff Barrett. Enjoy!
I’ve also got some random photos to toss up. Once again our good buddy Fej stopped by to crash on our couch for a few days and hooked me up with some new dragon rogue’s with skull candy’s, I’m pretty pumped on them right now… I definitely needed some new goggles! We’ve mostly been riding Silver Star for the past few days, I’ve been trying to learn to film better. (I filmed part of matt’s edit, yay!) My sister is coming out to visit for a few days starting friday so I think we’ll probably hit up some $5 night skiing at big white which is super fun cause they have a killer mini park, and then just ride at Silver Star for a day or two as well. I’m super excited that she’s coming out to visit because I’ve been so stressed out lately. We ran into some roommate problems the last couple weeks and Becks headed home, I’m definitely missing my old riding buddy now that she’s gone…then to make matters worse my car got broken into and my Sirius radio, all my cds, and my car manual were stolen out of my car. I’m almost ready to call it quits and head back to Saskatchewan already… boooo! But anyways here’s some pictures from the last couple of weeks.

Keep the winter going… Friday May 1st in Winnipeg, MB…Come see some 5-10 minute edits of the 2008/2009 season. The edits are all done by winnipeg locals, (gypsy mob, matt schween, gnarpeg) definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area tomorrow night. The guys are hosting the event at the shop at 123 Princess Street. Event starts at 7:00 pm and is all ages until 11:00 pm. Come out and check it!!
I’m going to miss it, boooo…super disappointed about that. I’ll be in winnipeg on saturday though, like wtf. Oh well I can’t change that, in other news Mira is scouting the classifieds for a place in Whistler for the fall. If you know anyone in whistler that has room for two girls to come and crash, drop me a line, we’re looking for a place. Mira is 100% on this whistler plan, and she’s slowly getting me pumped on it too. I was and still am iffy about it since I’ve already finished two years of my degree it would be nice to just get it done, but we’ll see. I’m planning to apply to UBC for the winter or the spring semester so it could all work out yet.
